Welcome to Mountain Heart Ministries
Mountain Heart Ministries is growing. We are currently building our programs, community partnerships and resources. Assistance applications are not yet open, but we’re working toward the day when we can begin serving our Appalachian communities directly.
Welcome to Mountain Heart Ministries. We believe every person deserves hope, compassion, and the opportunity to build a better future. Through practical assistance rooted in God’s Word, we serve the mountain communities of Eastern Kentucky and Northeast Tennessee.
Mountain communities have always been known for hardworking, generous people who care deeply for their neighbors. Yet many individuals and families quietly face challenges that are difficult to overcome alone. Whether someone is struggling with food insecurity, an unexpected financial crisis, a medical hardship, or simply needs someone to care, our desire is to be the helping hand that reminds them they are not forgotten.
We believe true compassion is more than meeting an immediate need. Whenever possible, we seek to help people build a stronger future by encouraging education, job skills, personal responsibility, and faith. Our goal is not simply to provide temporary relief, but to help restore hope, dignity, and opportunity.
Whether you are seeking assistance, looking for ways to volunteer, or considering supporting this ministry, we are grateful that you are here. Together, we can strengthen mountain families and communities—one life at a time.
